This transformative shift has led to emergence of hyper-scale AI, built on the accumulation of vast datasets. Consequently, there is a growing need for international collaboration and responsive measures on AI-related policies, copyright technology, and intellectual property rights.

Hence, the central theme of this year's conference is "Copyright Technology and the Digital Content Ecosystem in the Era of Hyper-scale AI.” We are excited to announce that the conference is scheduled for November 1, 2023, at the Four Seasons Hotel Seoul.
